Espresso Rub Seasoning made with our own Whirlybird Espresso.  This is very coffee forward, heavy on the paprika and chili powder.  Don’t let the coffee forward part scare you away.  We haven’t found many people that don’t just love the way it enhances their meals.  Everybody needs a secret ingredient like this in their pantry.

Great on pork, poultry, eggs, steaks, tofu :).   Sprinkle on fries and tater tots.  Put it on everything.    Excellent choice for the pit master in your household.  Season liberally.
