{"product_id":"tasting-room-event-11-14-26-9am-11am-chef-luis","title":"Tasting Room Event (11\/14\/26 - 9AM - 11AM) Chef Luis","description":"\u003cp\u003eWe would love to have you join us at the Blue Jazz Coffee Roasters Tasting Room on Saturday morning,11\/14\/26, from 9-11AM (doors don’t open until 9).  We always appreciate your help as we try to reach more of Topeka by sharing this fun opportunity to enjoy our warm factory atmosphere, support a local culinary professional, and have some great community times with your friends and family.  Spread the word!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor this event, we will be featuring the cuisine of Chef Luis Guillen of Luis' Place in Downtown Topeka.  This may be his 5th event with us, so those who have been here before know that he only hits home runs.  This time we talked him into firing up the Arepa production line again making his fresh Venezuelan bread right in our space.  \u003cstrong\u003eThe main course will be a Jerk Chicken Bowl with black beans, rice, pineapple salsa, garnished with fried sweet plantains.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe have found that these events are best enjoyed when you arrive at some point within the first 15 minutes of our opening, grab a coffee and settle in for a bit, and then jump in the food line at your convenience.  Food will be served until 10AM (we want our guest chefs to be able to also enjoy some conversation and community with us for that last hour).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe will have our usual complementary coffee set out including the possibility of a new limited time featured coffee we have in the works, and Zach will be at the cash\/credit espresso bar will be open with your favorite hand crafted drinks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs always, lots of Topeka fun, community, love and togetherness over great flavors!
