Whirlybird Espresso Rub
Espresso Rub Seasoning made with our own Whirlybird Espresso. This is very coffee forward, heavy on the paprika and chili powder. Sodium is on the lower side so you can still salt your meat in advance. Don’t let the coffee forward part scare you away. We haven’t found many people that don’t just love the way it enhances their meals.
Great on pork, poultry, eggs, steaks, tofu :). Sprinkle on fries and tater tots. Put it on everything. Great for the pit master in your household. Season liberally.

At your next party, serve a dip that will leave your guests wondering what the heck you served them, and why it’s so incredibly delicious.
Whirlybird Espresso Cream (aka WHIRLY-DIP): Mix 2 tablespoons of WB Espresso Rub into a 24oz. container of sour cream. If you want to take it up a notch further, mince a couple green onions and add a light squeeze of lemon from one small wedge. Mix well. Enjoy with potato chips, veggies, and definitely make a batch to top off your tacos on Tuesdays. If you want a little more kicked up flavor, add a touch more of the rub to your own taste.
