MORE ABOUT THE COFFEE:
This coffee was produced by Kinini in conjunction with 421 small holders from the communities of Kunda Kawa Kabuye, Rusiga Cooperative, Murwintare of Women's Association in Coffee. The farmers were paid a living wage to cultivate our new Rwanda Coffees. Through this partnership we hope to give these farmers access to our global supply chain and improve their lives.
In 2013, with the help of Kinini, the farmers began planting coffee seedlings. Five years later their farms are viable. They have a cash crop that will help them to rise out of poverty. Additionally, 10% of the profits from this coffee to Kinini's charity in Musenyi that helps to improve the lives of the villagers and the most vulnerable orphans and widows.

For every bag of coffee that leaves our warehouse we purchase a meal for one of our kids through a close partnership with Trash Mountain Project. To date, we have been able to provide over 104,000 meals through the program.
